When Elaine joined Bellman in 2019 as part of our client services team, it quickly became apparent that not only did she have a terrific ability to communicate and connect with people, but that she also had a natural flair for real estate.

Since then, Elaine has absolutely flourished in every role that she has undertaken. Elaine is responsible for ensuring that we engage and communicate effectively with our clients and potential clients and across the broader property market using all available platforms. She brings business nous, creativity and enthusiasm to ensuring that Bellman are always able to capitalize on marketing and communications opportunities particularly around key sales and results.



Elaine has been working in real estate for almost 5 years, in administrative, property management and trust accounting roles, so she has vast experience when it comes to ensuring that our client’s funds are always managed accurately, responsibly, and of course ethically.

Elaine is highly organised, her attention to detail is astonishing and she has unparalleled understanding of the statutory and regulatory processes and standards that are in place to safeguard our clients’ funds.



Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also loves meeting new people. She is also a bit of a foodie, so cooking for friends and family and searching out new and fun restaurants to enjoy with them is a favourite pastime.
