Kenneth started his real estate career in 2013 in the Knox City Municipality and now is standing as the Founder of the Bellman real estate group, showing his dedication and leadership to the industry, partners and his clients.

Kenneth's ultimate goal is to change the industry for the better. This genuine desire to help people and see them succeed, and the ability to remove all of the typical real estate industry obstacles limiting an agent's success, have resulted in the Bellman real estate's business model available today.

Before entering real estate Kenneth spent many years in finance and money markets, working with NAB and MLC. “A good estate agent understands markets and will do his best to ensure owners’ expectations are met when their property goes to market”. This approach has served Kenneth well during his years in real estate.

Kenneth is consistently achieving sensational results for all his clients, with a belief that the only way he can be successful is through integrity, honesty and transparency.

Originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Kenneth is multilingual and speaks fluent English, Malay, Cantonese, Mandarin and Hokkien, providing the advantage of effectively communicating with clients from different cultural backgrounds.

In his spare time, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his wife and family. As a foodie, Kenneth loves exploring different types of eateries around Melbourne and playing soccer where he understands the value of teamwork and unity.
